You can only make choice if u r conscious. If not, u r creating by default
and u won't experience the different result of yr choice.

Everything is in motion, nothing stay still. So try not to get into negative
emotion is theoretical bcoz we live in a world of contrast. However u do have
the choice to choose how long u stay in it.

When u r well practised, u just touch thru the surface of it like dragonfly
touches water. U won't stay there. Keep reminding yrself not to go into
negativity only push u there, bcoz what u resist, persists.
