Buffer of time is just like Forrest sent u the CDs thru air-mail. From Instant Messaging u know that the CDs have been delivered, for sure u will get them. But u only received them today, after two weeks.
Manifestation is like this also. When u have launched yr rocket of desire, u definitely will receive it, sooner or later, bcoz buffer of time.
